Having now come to your 13th week of pregnancy this is often the time women choose to tell people about their pregnancy you should by now have a small bump and your urge to pee so often should subside as your bump moves up and relieves the pressure off your bladder, for most women the sickness will disappear and if your lucky you’ll go into the honey moon period.
If your sex drive has been not existent of late you will find it should return your body is producing more estrogen than ever before and this will make you feel very sexual plus you will regain your energetic side so this is the time to get things ready for baby and have a good spring clean in preparation.
Have people been telling you how great you look? This is down to increased blood volume and your body’s hormones all helping to increase oil secretions which will give you that pregnancy glow of plump skin and strong hair and nails, don’t worry if you haven’t been lucky with this it doesn’t happen for everyone unfortunately.
Women often notice or others do that they can become forgetful just simple things like where you placed something or what you went upstairs for don’t worry this isn’t long term though jokingly many say their brain isn’t as sharp as it use to be long after birth.
As your bump grows it will become increasingly difficult to get comfy to sleep so a pillow placed between the thigh and tucked under the bump can be very helpful in supporting your bump and getting a good nights rest.
