If so - How do you go about keeping up with the info RE this other than Gleaning info from the BBC and DP and various others places and insights?

Well I don't know about the best as I just noticed I still have Gus in there and he just left last week but when you next look he shall be gone!

Creating this list is no easy task as it constantly changes and the official sites to the shows don't make it easy while other sites are not so reliable, but I try my best to keep them up to date as I do with all my info.

Also characters can often come and go and it's not always clear as to whether they will return.
Jim Branning for instance is currently off our screens after having a stroke but he is still on the list because all been well he will return to Dot's side.
