OH GOSH GOSH shock News

A WACICO insider has revealed that GOSH may miss out on the best thing presented to them in a long time for the long term in regards to a marketable product aimed at raising money for them and the GOSH Charity.

A WACICO representative was heard saying "I just got off the phone to GOSH and talk about a confusing conversation! One minute the girl At the end of the phone is saying GOSH won't allow a teddy bear to have the word GOSH on it's chest. Like they had a say in such a thing. The next minute the same person is saying that GOSH is not the name they use to market their Charity. Talk about a contradiction. Has this girl seen the GOSH TV adverts using the GOSH name one might ask or wonder, what with making such remarks?"

What is the controversy all about you may ask?

StreetTed The Street Ted the Double T Ted's Teddy Bear designed to make money for GOSH and UNICEF in a long term plan that involves so many things it is amazing.

The StreetTed The Street Ted character based on Eddie Izzard is a Double T Ted's teddy bear character and obviously as such is part of the Double T Ted's TM so anyone using the characters name would be immediately acting in bad faith. This being the case that StreetTed is an original name by WACICO and GOSH is a pre existing name already being used by other Companies like the "goshcosmetics" and "goshlondon" and "buygosh" and let's not forget that gosh.com is a US Backup and Disaster Recovery Software bundles for UNIX and LINUX Operating Systems Company.

The intention of using the character on the GOSH charities behalf (though that's probably not the right words in regards to the plans) due to the characters name being StreetTed is a good plan but red tape it seems may mean that GOSH is only written on the one teddy bear and then the idea to use the character to help GOSH will get abandoned and the StreetTed character will get used solely and exclusively for UNICEF instead of the pairing up of both charities as planned.

It would be a great pity if it turns out the teddy bear has to be re-planned to only be used for UNICEF and the story being written edited accordingly but if that's the way things go that's the way things go.
