Ian Beale Owns The Most Expensive House

The Sun has an amusing story on the soaps today apparently Eastenders Ian Beale owns the most expensive property in soapland, the four bed semi which includes a loft conversion has been valued at £597,233.

Zoopla a property valuation website has surveyed TV soaps property and matched them to real areas, obviously great advertising for them.

Fellow residents in the square the Trueman family came second highest £587,337 and the Wicks’s home £502,391 make up the top three because of local amenities like The Vic.

I thought this was rather funny its obviously been done for advertising but it’s so amusing that it’s Ian Beale who has the most expensive house, he would be so pleased with himself.

The BBC should write it in he could then boast of his local businesses and having the best house, it would fit right in!

Thats a clever way Zoopla have used the Sopas to put some traffic gaining info on their site very clever indeed I like the humour and tongue in cheek quirkiness of the article.

I didn't know Ian Beal's house was the most expensive, I agree he would be so proud of himself. Its quite interesting to know that.

I can't believe how different Paulines house is now it's a completely different house the only thing the same is the back gate and I can't help but wonder what is so differnt about his house to everyone elses.
