The contestants are asked to meet Sir Alan at The London Gateway and are told to pack an overnight bag they are heading up north and have to pick two companies they will then sell that companies merchandise the team who sells the most wins.

Lorraine is chosen as team leader for Ignite who choose the cat lovers house and the bike bag both products fail to go down well with the company they are pitching to, they later move onto assembling their cat playhouse though rather unsuccessfully.
Lorraine rings the rest of her team to find out how many appointments they have secured to which they reveal out of 20 phone calls they have one, though Ben has now secured a appointment with Pets At Home for their cat lovers playhouse after an argument between Lorraine and Yasmina as to who will pitch Lorraine over rules Yasmina that she will pitch and manages to secure an unimpressive order for 50 units they continue to fail to sell any of their cat houses and I think its safe to say they have lost.

Mona is chosen to lead team Empire who decide to bag the lovers lead and the sleeping bag as their two products to sell and again their first pitch is a disaster with the store unable to see it in their store especially with the price of the sleeping bag retailing at £89.99.
Mona’s appointment secures an order of 60 sleep bags; the team also has the same appointment with Pets At Home and is also successful with their lovers lead in securing an order.
Mona and James are once again successful at securing more orders for their lover’s leads as does Debra leaving James feeling hard done by as he has yet to sell.

Back in the boardroom Sir Alan is unimpressed by Empires inability to sell their products to the two companies he set up for them though surprisingly Ignite managed to secure some orders.
Empire has managed sales of £4500 and with a clear win they have bagged themselves a luxury vip rolls Royce helicopter ride over London.

Ignite made an appalling amount of sales only selling £132 worth of products coming back in the boardroom Philip despite selling zero believes that himself, Ben and Kate were the best sales people and despite not seeing her technique he knows he is a better salesman.

Kate isn’t much better she is ganging up on Lorraine riding on the back of Philips agro towards her and she’s sat there with a stupid grin on her face like she is getting one over on Lorraine.
Lorraine has chosen Philip and Kate to bring back who will be fired well I think Philip and he deserves to be as he is so up himself?
Finally Sir Alan has kicked that smarmy smart ass out the door Philip is a gonna and good riddance!!!

The candidates are asked to meet Sir Alan at the Greenwich Peninsular the O2 Arena and are required to bring an overnight bag they’re task this week is rebrand the the town of Margate they are required to make the town a hot spot again the team with the best pitch to rebrand the town wins.

Howard puts himself forward as team leader for Empire but Debra manages to win the team decide that they will go down the gay market only Mona thinks the family route would be better.
Mona and James are inquiring how well the gay style goes down and head to a local gay bar to talk with some of the locals while Debra and Howard are brain storming a slogan, next day Mona and James are trying to create a night scene early in the morning at a local club, Debra and Howard are still playing with their poster and slogan.
Heading to the beach Mona and James are getting the shots of two guys licking ice-cream together sending the shots off Debra is happy with the photos however they are left with only half an hour to start their leaflet.

Selling their gay pitch and extremely long slogan they try to explain their half blank leaflet which is apparently spaces for business to support the gay the community and advertise. Their pitches go down well but their posters are not received well and targeting just gays means it limits who it reaches out to when it had the possibility to invite all.


Yasmina bags herself team leader for Ignite and will go with a family theme for their rebrand Yasmina and Kate hold interviews in the hope of finding the perfect looking mum and dad, while Ben and Lorraine are on the hunt for the perfect back ground scene.
The next day Ben and Lorraine are hoping to take shots they hit a big problem with heavy fog over the town of Margate though they eventually get some shots sent over to Yasmina she is less than happy with the pictures as she has no space to put the text when Yasmina and Lorraine meet up to discuss the leaflet and photo’s it breaks out into a full scale argument over who is correct.

See Margate Through Children’s Eyes is the slogan they have decide upon and they are now doing their pitches they are questioned on whether their posters would be recognisable if their was no text as it blends in the sky. Their pitch goes down well though the leaflets are classed as a little dull and not seen to be pushing boundaries.

Back to London to meet with Sir Alan in the boardroom team Ignite are questioned why their slogan doesn’t match their poster it doesn’t incorporate any children, moving onto team Empire Sir Alan is confused about the posters and has a little dig at what exactly did James do

Ignite score an over all 7 out of 10 meaning they win this weeks task have a treat on a lotus race track test driving the cars.
Empire score an over all 4 out of 10 being the loosing team they are back in the boardroom where Sir Alan thinks one of their biggest mistake was focusing on the gays and they had no real message.

Mona seems to be getting a roasting from Sir Alan and the rest of her team though Debra then faces some heat over the leaflet and its blank spaces the fact that she lied about the spaces were left for advertising also didn’t go down well, Debra decides to bring back James and Mona for a further grilling.

Debra and James have chosen to make Mona the escape goat though Debra is happy to place the blame anywhere but herself as per usual and says her team failed to provide her with what she needed to create decent posters and leaflets.
Oh my god I was so sure Debra would be fired and instead he has fired Mona unbelievable.

This week the candidates are meeting Sir Alan at University London Hospital where they are briefed about their task which is to sell two products at Earls Court Baby Show.

James is team leader of Empire as chosen by Sir Alan James and Yasmina decide on a birthing pool as one of their products meanwhile Debra and Ben check out some beautiful rocking horses, James’s team go with the rocking horses and the birthing pool.
Setting up at Earl’s court they decide upon a foot pump rofl to inflate the pool they will be there for some time and the hefty price tags of the rocking horses are clearly putting people off taking the price tag off they generate some interest but the minute the price is mentioned people are running.
At the last minute there is some interest in a purchase of a horse but the man is determined to haggle and the team is unable to budge their price they leave having sold none.


Lorraine is team leader for team Ignite and has some knowledge of the show herself as being a mother she herself bought her daughters furniture there, Lorraine decides upon a super easy folding push chair while Kate and Howard look at some strange foot attire for babies.
Lorraine also checks out the birthing pools and decides against and instead goes with the buggy and the padded baby helmet, lol Lorraine isn’t finding the collapsing push chair far harder than it looked when the man in the shop did it.
However the hard hat is selling well and an affordable £16 and they have finally worked out how to operate the push chairs, though they have now discovered another stand is also selling the same thing for £35 cheaper.

Back in the boardroom Ben is quick to blast James as a poor leader while Lorraine has faired better and has the support of her team.
Empire sold £722 with their birthing pool and rocking horses meaning they are back in the boardroom.
Ignite sold £1689 with their push chairs and hard hat meaning they win the task and have the treat of having their caricatures created.

Lol James still thinks that the buggy was a bad choice though does admit that they concentrated on the rocking horse rather than the birthing pool, Debra is as per usual quick to lay blame and divert any from herself and as Sir Alan has just said is totally missing the point when it comes to the prices of the horse.

James has now chosen to bring back Debra and Ben and Yasmina has been sent back to the apartment.
I don’t believe it Ben as usual is sprouting his Sandhurst rubbish and that he has proven he can do this that and the other without being able to back it up, ooh

Debra is getting a mouthful and is now fully aware that Margaret and Nick are not her biggest fans and she is unable to take any blame.
Please let Debra go I have wished it on many occasions oh ok so he has picked Ben instead though I am equally pleased at this decision as the guy big’s himself up when he has little to offer other than Sandhurst lol yay finally Sir Alan has some sense!

This week the remaining six contestants are asked to meet Sir Alan at Alexandra Palace North London where they are briefed on this week’s task which is to choose a number of products to sell on a TV shopping channel they not only be presenting but will try their hands behind the camera the team that sells the most wins.

Howard will be leading team Ignite Lorraine is first to have a practice run in front of the camera who is terrible next up is Kate who is totally lost for words, Howard finally has a go and does seem to fair better but chooses Kate to go in front of the camera.
Kate has picked a high price low fat chip pan and a leather jacket decorated in ghastly leaves, they have also chosen an air guitar and two craft kit pets.
Howard and Lorraine are first on air with their metallic leather jacket and despite it being horrible manages to sell it well moving onto the low fat fryer and managed to ramble on about the chips from it rather than the details, next up is Kate who is selling the Pet Craft Kit and makes it sound awful lastly is the Infrared Air Guitar which she doesn’t do half bad at though makes a complete ass of herself lol.



Empires team leader after much discussion is Yasmina who firstly calls a meeting stating they shouldn’t be to risky with their product choices and low price items are a must after then trying out presenting they decide upon a grab a saurus that picks up leaves, a polo pancho neck warmer and a hair clip, control car
James and Yasmina are going live on TV and early on make a mistake with their hair grip offering three for £9.99 instead of £17.99 but despite their mistake James manages to crack a few jokes, Debra is next on air selling the polo pancho and manages a sale next she is selling the grab a saures and doesn’t do a bad job.

Back in the boardroom Sir Alan starts with Ignite and agree Howard was a good leader but Sir Alan is quick to say they talked to long about the product and not long enough about how to get the product however does congratulate them on their price choices for the products.
Moving onto Empire he isn’t so pleased with their cheap products but comments on a comment sent in by a vie

Empires sales were £1541 meaning they win this week’s task, congratulations to Debra who managed to sell lots of the polo pancho warmers their treat is flying with a display team doing aerobatics.
Ignites sales only totaled £1376 despite their higher price products they will be back with one facing the chop.

With Ignite back in the boardroom its safe to say Kate is fairly safe as she did pick some great products Howard however is under fire as to why they picked the craft kit and the air guitar. Lorraine is making a good point that she wanted the dinosaur product but Howard was scared of the price so didn’t want it ooh I am surprised Sir Alan wasn’t impressed with Kate’s presenting skills.
I hope that Howard gets fired as he is always in the back ground is unable to make strong decisions and has no guts but oh dear Sir Alan is bringing up Lorraine’s slow burner comment and has decided yessss Howard is fired!

Well tonight’s show is likely to see the final five contestants have the worst grilling of their lives as they face some tough questions from Sir Alan’s associates each will be interviewed individually and one or two or possibly three could face the axe!

Lol Lorraine has been described as delusional and is questioned about her special gift which she states is her gut feeling about spotting things but it quickly turns to the dates on her CV which basically are wrong and she is made out to be a liar.

James CV is called exceptionally bad, a bunch of gibberish and 90% unreadable his CV also states that he can bring ignorance to the table which doesn’t go down well.
Immature is another label added to his list and he himself stated he sometimes wanders round talking to much which hardly helped his case.

Kate is questioned why when she is doing so well she wants to work for Sir Alan turns out she just wants a change of career, reading from her CV it is discovered she would hate to work in an all female team and prefers to work with men.
Kate is described as little miss perfect even the interview is perfect but its felt she lacks any passion

Yasmina is told she is talking nonsense about her business and is made to look rather stupid when she fails to know the difference between net and gross profit, surprisingly she is questioned about borrowing money from her mother and how she could even consider doing that.

Debra is asked about her ruthlessness and her inability to warm to people and no matter what she says she cannot wiggle out of what people have said about her she has been reported for her foul language to people her rude attitude and her aggression.

Well I think its is fair to say the whole day was a total nightmare for each and everyone of them not one of them came out shining or smelling of roses they were well and truly taken down a few pegs.

Back in the boardroom Sir Alans aids give their opinions about the contestants – Lorraine was described to Sir Alan was she talked and talked and never shut up they also found it odd how she described herself and her special gift his aids believed she would drive him m,ad and wouldn’t be able to hack the pressure.

Yasmina was described as not credible though another aid thought the opposite and most seemed to have a problem with her borrowing from her mother and if it had all gone wrong her mother would have been on the street though Sir Alan said he himself had borrowed his parents savings all in they thought she was very confident.

James’s interview was described as a shambles and he himself knew he had blown it he came across as flustered and very touchy his statements gave the impression of being an idiot and class joker though he isn’t a total fool when it comes to business.

Kate was described as a robot she was very perfect in her answers and controlled she wouldn’t let Sir Alan down but was very unemotional and that was about it as she lacked any character.

Debra left a feeling that though she had a good interview she was maybe just faking it all and though she would deliver she would upset a lot of people and could be a big risk to Sir Alan.

The contestants are now in the boardroom who are given the opportunity to defend themselves none leap forward but James eventually steps forward and admits he looks bad on paper and though he comes across as a joker he can work well and he wants to make Sir Alan money.
Debra states that she knows she needs to work on her personality and she would be willing to do that.
Kate is told she is like a robot and says she takes that as a compliment but Sir Alan says he knows no one that is good in business who is so controlled and then she trys to take it back lol.
Sir Alan believes Lorraine is strong and a very hard worker but he’s found she is very critical and finally to Yasmina who is questioned why on earth she would want to give her freedom of giving up her own business to go and work for someone else.

Woah Sir Alan has fired James regretfully though James gave him many a laugh and he is sure he will continue to do well and oddly Debra is the one to get upset so Sir Alan takes a break.

Heading back in I think the four women know that one or more of them is going and the second to be fired is Lorraine and finally Debra is fired!!!

Leaving Kate and Yasmina to face each other in the final!

Well tonight is the final and either Kate or Yasmina will hired by Sir Alan to work as his apprentice the two girls head for their last briefing with the boss the two girls working with their fellow ex contestants to help them each create and launch a box of chocolates, they have only three days to complete their task before they must unveil their products.

Team Jasmine decide upon creating chocolates for the male population and decide upon the name Coco Electric but after getting feedback from the public they realize they are probably thinking along the wrong lines so switch their target audience to everyone.
Yasmina’s box definitely wins it for me with it black outer casing and pink inside and the way it is put together makes it that little bit different the advert gave them a good idea on what people thought of their flavors which include strawberry and basil, so shocking were the flavors most of the actors weren’t impressed and one man went to the point of spitting it out.
Yasmina is extremely nervous and whether she holds it together to present her brand is the big question a shaky start but she now seems to be on a roll and despite previous shocks at the taste Sir Alan doesn’t mind them and looks pleased with their advert which I also thought was rather funny not bad at all.


Team Kate decide upon a box of chocolates that will cater for both male and female and have created a box that will have a layer for him a layer for her and a layer to fight over but their choice of flavors is making it a costly box of chocolates retailing at £13.
The name they finally decide upon is Intimate but after Debra points out it sounds more like a box of tampons along with their color choice they change it to Choc D’amour but in my opinion it still looks like tampons.
Kate’s advert is good I think with the man being bound and teased after they have fought over the chocolates and the woman has won sits smugly eating them all, Kate is now presenting her brand to the a number of people in the industry and she does a good job selling her brand the chocolates seem to go down well as does the advert only thing not going down so well is the price which is questioned by more than a few.


Well its back to the boardroom Kate is complimented on her leadership skills by her team mates but Sir Alan does question her about her statement of her chocolates being sold in mass when the price is so high and therefore they wouldn’t be sold in mass.
Yasmina’s though were at the cheap end of the market Sir Alan wasn’t impressed with the chocolate itself as it wasn’t quality but her team thought she was fantastic as a leader and as a possible apprentice they couldn’t have praised her any more.

Well its decision time and after both women have given their point of view on how they did and what they can offer it’s a hard one especially as Yasmina has her own business already, a compliment and a half from Sir Alan that they are both the best he has ever had in the final and oh my god shock or what Sir Alan has HIRED YASMINA!!! Wahho I wanted her to win
