Twitter LOL - What a joke!
Seriously what the heck is so interesting about Twitter?
I have gone on there a few times after seeing others "Follow me on Twitter" links or icons and I have to say I really don't get it!
No that's probably not the correct wording "I get it!" but I don't really see the point of Twitter!
I have seen some people who I thought had plenty of sense wasting their time and their resources trying to get followed on Twitter and I must say I am amazed these people given what they know and the expertise that they have are actually using "Twitter"!
I have seen pro SEO people and professionals from all walks wasting their own search results and their own websites space advertising "Twitter" and for what?
To have their email inbox flooded with inconsequential gibber jabber about next to nothing!
Who cares who is having a burger or who went to this shop or that shop? Jeez did that shop pay you to advertise them and give them a mention?
Why would I care if John Do walked his dog or if Jane Do went for a manicure, its all rubbish!
Now if I we're a photographer looking to take some snaps and was trying to get a trace on some such celeb or other I might, I say might, just think differently about Twitter, but in all seriousness I doubt it!
Twitter is imho opinion exactly what it's name suggests EG for TWITS!
Twits go go go on Twitter!!
Oh and I posted this in the entertainment News forum as two of the top 2 Twitters are Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore who are two of the biggest Twitters or is it Twitterers?
Though saying that The New York Times seem to be the biggest Twits er sorry Twitters or is that Twitterers?
Looks like a case for trying to gain Google Page rank for back links and nothing more than that to me - well to some extent to contradict myself in just one sentence LOL.
